The 2016 High Performance Basketball Symposium is taking place over the next two days at UNLV in Las Vegas, NV. In preparation of the clinic and to help basketball players get the most out of their training, Connor Sports’ strength and performance specialist, Craig Sowers, has outlined four essential lifts for basketball players.
Earlier this year, the Toronto Raptors dedicated a new two story 68,000 square foot practice facility that includes a locker room, workout area, therapy areas, various offices and two Connor Sports basketball courts.
Prior to building the facility the Raptors shared their practice space with the Maple Leafs, the historic Toronto hockey franchise. Sharing practice space made the Raptors feel they were without a place of their own.

Last fall, Utica college built a new Sports and Recreation Dome on their campus in Utica, NY. The new dome is one of the largest in North America. It features an eight lane 200-meter ProTraxx track by Connor Sports, a turf field, two jumping pits, two pole vault areas, multiple throwing circles, four TruSport multipurpose courts by Connor Sports, a weight room, track and field locker rooms, track and field offices, equipment check out and a concessions area.

The Wings purchased the 2016 NCAA® Dallas Women’s Regional basketball court, which was refinished and transformed into the Dallas Wings court.

Fourteen of the top Latin American collegiate players participated in the inaugural game on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the Buick Arena, in Houston, Texas. The game was played on a state of the art Connor Sports QuickLock™ basketball court.
